In Q1 2022, the top 5 business apps on Android in Egypt displayed intriguing trends in terms of weekly downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at the performance of My NTRA, Zoom Workplace, Recovery Deleted Photo, Konnash : Bookkeeping App, and Microsoft Teams.

My NTRA recorded a significant fluctuation in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 254K in the first week of January and then experiencing a drop to around 12K by late February. Interestingly, March showed a resurgence with downloads reaching about 201K mid-month. Active users followed a similar trend, starting from 346K in early January, dipping to around 69K in late February, and then rising to 202K by mid-March.

Zoom Workplace maintained a relatively consistent performance in downloads, averaging around 45K per week throughout the quarter. The app’s active users hovered around 424K at the beginning of January, gradually increasing to approximately 460K by the end of March. Revenue, although minimal, showed occasional peaks, reaching $2 in several weeks.

Konnash : Bookkeeping App experienced a steady decline in downloads from 58K in early January to around 11K by the end of March. Active users also saw a downward trend, starting at approximately 114K in early January and dropping to around 75K by the end of the quarter.

Microsoft Teams showed a steady download rate, maintaining an average of around 22K per week. Active users, however, displayed a more dynamic trend, starting at 88K in late December, dipping to around 52K in early February, and then recovering to approximately 91K by the end of March.
